Who we are

This learning platform is operated by Combat Fighting Academy ("we", "us"). When you create an account or buy a course, your contract for the service is with Combat Fighting Academy. Contact: info.ifcsport@gmail.com.

Acceptance

By creating an account, buying a course or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

We provide online fighter training and officials courses (lessons, examinations, practical assessments where stated, and certificates on passing). Each course is a one-off purchase giving you access to that course; it is not a subscription. Every exam requires 95% to pass. Each course purchase includes three exam attempts; after three failed attempts, three further attempts can be bought at a discounted repeat fee.

Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Students under 18 must provide parent or guardian details and use the platform with their consent.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
  • copying, sharing or reselling course content, exam questions or answers, or infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
  • interfering with security: uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, scraping, or trying to get around access limits or exam rules;
  • sharing your account or having someone else sit an exam for you.

Intellectual property

Combat Fighting Academy owns the platform and all its content, including lessons, exams, software, documentation, certificates and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the courses you have bought for your own learning.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; any VAT is calculated at checkout. Multi-course discounts (10% for two courses, 15% for three or more) are applied automatically. See our Refund Policy.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the platform running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Certificates confirm completion of our course; they are not a licence from any governing body unless stated.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, a payment is refunded or charged back, there is a security or fraud risk, or you repeatedly or seriously break our rules. Where access ends because of a refund, the related course access is removed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Physical training carries risk: follow the safety guidance and only practise under qualified supervision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
