30-day money-back guarantee

Combat Fighting Academy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to course purchases and repeat exam fees.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or contact us at info.ifcsport@gmail.com and we will help.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is completed, access to the refunded course (or the extra exam attempts) is removed from your account. Certificates already issued remain on record.

You may also have additional rights under UK consumer law; this policy does not affect them.
